About Kati Carcaterro

Kati Carcaterro joins Sherman Central School as the Director of Pupil Services. A Frewsburg native, Kati holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University, a Master’s degree in School Psychology from Alfred University, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University at Buffalo. She spent the past six years as a School Psychologist at Erie 2 BOCES, where she also completed a full-year administrative internship, developing her leadership skills in special education services.

Kati was drawn to Sherman because of its small-town atmosphere and the community’s deep commitment to supporting every student. She is excited to be part of a district that values collaboration, relationships, and student success.

Kati lives in Warren, PA with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, reading, and traveling. She looks forward to working closely with Sherman’s students, families, and staff to provide high-quality special education services and build strong partnerships within the school community.
